Corrections Policy

Our approach to accuracy, updates, and addressing errors.

Our Commitment to Accuracy

AXVOI strives to publish accurate, up-to-date, and technically sound information. However, errors do occur, and technology changes rapidly. When we make a mistake, we are committed to correcting it promptly and transparently.

How We Handle Corrections

  • Factual Errors: If an article contains a significant factual error (e.g., incorrect technical claim, wrong pricing, or inaccurate quote), we will update the article and append a "Correction" note at the bottom detailing what was changed and when.
  • Minor Typos: Grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, or broken links that do not change the meaning of the article will be corrected silently without a formal editor's note.
  • Content Updates: Technology evolves. If we update an older article to reflect new software versions or current practices, we will update the "Last Updated" timestamp on the article. Significant overhauls may receive an "Update" note explaining the new context.
  • Retractions: In the rare event that an article is fundamentally flawed or violates our editorial standards in a way that cannot be fixed by a simple correction, we may retract it. A retraction notice will replace the original content explaining the reason for removal.

How to Report an Error

If you believe you have found a factual error in an AXVOI article, we encourage you to let us know. Please provide:

  • The URL of the article.
  • A description of the error.
  • If applicable, a link to the correct information or official documentation.

You can submit error reports through our Contact Page. Our editorial team will review your submission and take appropriate action.
